Started in 2010, with Yi-chun Chiu and Jia-hua Zhan as the primary composer, Divertimento Media aims to present the traits of pop culture in the work of modern art, and hopes to cross the invisible gap of art.  The notion of Divertimento Media is to bring out what we saw, heard and sensed in daily life.  The elements of this artwork are based on music and multimedia, as to create a platform of multidisciplinary.

Soma Mapping II, an interactive installation work created by Zhan in 2012, had won the first prize of Visual Arts in the 7th France An Interactive Lake International Digial Art Festival Enghien-les-Bains (2012), and was then held several exhibitions in Germany and Korea.  After that, in the September of 2013, Divertimento Media was officially established.

OUO!! Mirror, Humanity, Dream, a live video game theatre, is the first multimedia music theatre project of Divertimento  Media, combining music performance with drama, multimedia installations, and floating projections together.  OUO!! Mirror, Humanity, Dream was presented in 2013 Taipei Fringe Festival and had won Award of Outstanding.

In 2014, Diventimento Media has awarded Team of Commissioned Works from Quanta Arts Foundation to present – Code: Cytus, of which a new concept of Multimedia Video Game Theatre will boldly be defined.
